Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

Procurement Expert

• A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in government or multilateral-funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of World Bank procurement guidelines and relevant legal frameworks.

Financial Management Expert

• A postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and accounting within large projects.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with international financial standards.

Institution & Capacity Building Expert

• A master’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in capacity building and institutional development.
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs for government or international organizations.

National Watershed Management Expert

• A master’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Hydrology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in watershed management, soil conservation, or water resource management projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable land-use practices and hydrological modeling.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit will be as per government norms.
• Age relaxation will be provided for reserved categories as per GoI rules.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.
• The selection process may include written tests and interviews.
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or through the official website of the Department of Land Resources.
