Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
Procurement Expert
- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in government or multilateral-funded projects.
- Strong knowledge of World Bank procurement guidelines and relevant legal frameworks.
Financial Management Expert
- A postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and accounting within large projects.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with international financial standards.
Institution & Capacity Building Expert
- A master’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in capacity building and institutional development.
- Experience in designing and conducting training programs for government or international organizations.
National Watershed Management Expert
- A master’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Hydrology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in watershed management, soil conservation, or water resource management projects.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable land-use practices and hydrological modeling.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit will be as per government norms.
- Age relaxation will be provided for reserved categories as per GoI rules.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.
- The selection process may include written tests and interviews.
