Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per ICAR and Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following eligibility criteria:

1. B.Com/ BBA/ BBS (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized university/college along with CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter)/ CS (Inter) and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

OR

2. B.Com/ BBA/ BBS (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized university/college along with MBA (Finance) or equivalent (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized institution and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database management, MIS, ERP systems, and Tally.
• Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and app development.
• Experience in financial analysis, auditing, and handling financial data will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: ₹42,000/- per month (Consolidated, fixed pay, without any additional allowances or benefits).
• Contract Period: Temporary; co-terminus with the project.
• Working Hours: As per ICAR-IASRI regulations.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a walk-in interview, where candidates will be evaluated based on their educational qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
