Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in banking and finance or an MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Cash Management Services (CMS) or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transactions, and payment processing.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and implementing innovative cash management solutions.
Age Limit:
- The candidate must be between 30 to 45 years as of 01 June 2025.
- Age relaxations apply as per government norms for reserved category candidates.
Selection Process
The selection process for the Chief Manager (CMS) post will consist of:
- Online Examination: A test assessing banking knowledge, financial management, reasoning ability, and professional expertise.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to assess their experience, leadership skills, and suitability for the role.
